The outside are kept warm with mirror plate and polishing plate. The parts that touch the medical liquid adopt the 316L material, the other parts 304 material. There are water entrance, circumfluence entrance, sanitizing entrance, cleaning entrance, manhole with are breather, 0.22um, on the top, and on the bottom there are entrance for condensed water, entrance for distilled water, entrance for dirty water, entrance for measuring the liquid level, and the meter showing the temperature of distilled water and liquid level realize the auto-controlling of constant temperature and alarming when above the upper limit and below the lower limit.
